What is the difference between titleist f2 and f3

There are adjustable weights included which means that the spin of the ball can be optimised and launch speed and distance can also be improved. This feature can provide a higher level of play and can improve the confidence of the player, meaning more time will be spent playing out on the course. This also means that the woods are suitable for a wider audience.

Similarly to the work of a trampoline, these woods include an elastomer which means that when the wood hits the ball, the wood flexes which gives more yield to the ball. The Active Recoil Channel is open-ended within these woods, which has the ability to bring a maximum performance. The aim of this feature is to increase the speed of the ball across the face of the course, with less spin.

This feature also benefits the player by carrying the ball across a greater distance. The SureFit Hosel feature is industry leading, creating a more consistent level of play by optimising the flight of the ball.

This feature offers 16 individual loft and lie settings through a precision fitting. To use this feature, the woods include a tool which can loosen the screw on the hosel. This is a fairly straightforward feature which enables the ball to travel at a greater speed around the perimeter of the course. This feature is a benefit for all those off-centre hits to enable a greater distance. Indeed, these woods are the most forgiving available on the market, which is a benefit in itself!

These woods include lower centres of gravity which can help to improve launch angles and better stability when hitting mis-hits. These clubs are Tour-validated, meaning that users can feel confident whilst using them. Tour players report that the feel and sound of the woods are superb, full-bodied and satisfying.

The feel of hitting the ball is soft and stays fairly consistent across the face, giving the user greater control over the hit. This feature enables users to have more confidence and control over the shot, regardless of whether this is played on turf or tee. Golfers will notice the inclusion of the Mitsubishi Diamana line - popular with Tour players and a staple metalwood within the range. Three options exist, White, Blue and Red Limited Plus models, all range to suit different players who have varying levels of ability.

The White shaft option focuses on both a low launch and spin, and is the heaviest of the three models. The Blue is suited for a mid-launch and spin - ideal for those who have an average swing speed and looking to improve the carry distance of the ball.

The Red shaft has a smooth feel and is the lightest of the three options. This is a great option for those with a slow swing speed and for a high launch of the ball. I could do whatever I wanted with this one. I like the depth of the face. I am very impressed with the woods.

As for waiting for the 's, its really up to you. Since the 's are comming out I figured I could get a good deal somewhere online on 's and I did. I got both woods for ! Anyway good luck in your decision. Joshua-Have you hit the F3, if so why did you go with the F2? Any one else hit both the F3 and F2? I hit both the F3 and F2 at golf galaxy in the simulator, not on the course, which I know is alot different. However I liked the higher lauch angle that it gave and I actually was getting more yards with it than the F3.

That is all in the simulator mind you. I normally use my woods as a recovery shot, so normally I am trying to get the most distance, with some control. The higher launch angle was giving me that and proved itself on the course just yesterday. Tyler- sounds to me like you have made up you mind and if that is the primary use for you, then the F2 will be a great fit.

I love mine for that exact reason! Good luck bud. Looks fantastic and I love that Titleist continues to fine tune a quality product rather than market their stuff with ridiculous claims and gimmicks. And while the aforementioned piece lays out the process, we thought it would be valuable to share some insights about the process from fitters themselves.

Anyone can get fit! It should be fun and stress free. It can only help you improve your game. Fitting helps all skill levels but it helps the higher handicapper much more because you need more help from your equipment. The higher the handicap, the more critical having the right set-up is. Finding the right fit will give you the best chance at delivering an inconsistent swing more consistently, which produces consistently better results. There is so much more to our fittings.

Even a beginner can benefit from new technology and getting clubs that are the right length, weight, and specifications tailored to them.

They are typically the ones who see the most gains. No matter how you slice it, a higher handicapper always has more to gain from a fitting than a lower handicap. There are more strokes to be shaved off of the higher handicaps game and the fitting almost always merits better results strokes gained on handicap with a higher handicap.

Golf is just a game of probability. If we can get the right tools in your hands, how much more likely are you to produce the desired result?

As a PGA professional who has taught thousands of lessons and conducted hundreds of fits, it is impossible to reach your potential with clubs that are not properly fit. It was not until I started fitting for Club Champion that I realized the power of what we do here, it is game changing! Golf clubs fit at Club Champion will improve performance, make it easier to learn, and make the game more fun for everyone regardless of skill level. When you get the recipe right from the head all the way to the grip, it puts you in the position to hit the ball on the face with more regularity.

The beauty of what CC does is that all the brands can be hit side by side on the same day with the same shaft. The numbers on TrackMan speak for themselves on what the best combination is. Be prepared to essentially play a full round of golf during your fitting. Know why you are coming. What is bringing you to the point of spending your time and resources to improve your game? Oh, and tell us your opinions. Be honest and ask questions.

It is a great time to learn some new things, too! A comment I hear from a lot of golfers during a fitting is that they wish they had practiced prior to their fitting. We can fit you either way but when a golfer is making good contact with the ball consistently, it allows for a more seamless fitting.

Ask questions and accept answers; we do this every day and our answers are based on your data. Without having the right shaft in the club, it is hard to really know how well the club may or may not perform for you. In our forums, our members have been discussing WITBs.
