Where to get gnomish engineering quest

Instead, I got it in Undercity. Comment by Thottbot I started on the goblin part, but i want to do the gnome part instead. I did a quest to show my work, i learned new things.. Help me Please. Is it possible for me to get Gnome Engineering or not cuz this is making me confused. Comment by Thottbot In order to specialize to Gnomish engineering you must first do these things, in order.

Get artisan engineering. See my post above to figure this out. Go to Tinkerwiz in Ratchet. He's in the observatory, next to Gazlowe. Get the Gnome Engineering quest from him. He may have an exclamation point, he may not, but he should still have the quest. Talk to Oglethorpe Obnoticus in Booty Bay. I can't really explain how to get to him, so run to the very center of BB's "arc" then look for the minimap dot. Complete the quest and the next one he gives you. These are straightforward. Complete "Show Your Work.

When you turn in the quest, the Gnomish Engineer specialization is added to the Engineering section of the Professions tab in your spellbook. You can now learn engineering recipes that require Gnomish Engineering!

Having completed the exercises above, you used to be given a [ Gnome Engineer Membership Card ]. This remains valid for 14 days of 'played time' hours in-game , not 14 real days.

Prior to Patch 3. Now, however, it is simply an ability in your spellbook, called Gnomish Engineer. Clicking it opens the Engineering dialog. You could make all the Gnomish BoPs and read the book and than go Goblin without having to completely relearn Engineering. If so, you need to go to undercity. Im now and none of the engineering trainers in org or booty bay will give me this quest.

Of course, this only applies to Alliance, I never did Engineering on the Horde side…. How do I learn Gnomish Engineering?
